المعلومات التي نجمعها
نجمع المعلومات التالية لتقديم خدماتنا:
- معلومات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف عند التسجيل.
- بيانات الحجز: الشاليه، التواريخ، تفاصيل الحجز والدفع.
- بيانات الموقع: للعثور على الشاليهات القريبة منك (بإذنك فقط).
- الصور: عند رفع صور للملف الشخصي أو إدراج شاليهات.
- بيانات الاستخدام: التفاعلات مع التطبيق لتحسين التجربة.
كيف نستخدم معلوماتك
- معالجة الحجوزات وإرسال تأكيداتها.
- تشغيل خدمات المصادقة والأمان.
- عرض الشاليهات القريبة بناءً على موقعك.
- تحسين التطبيق وتجربة المستخدم.
- التواصل معك بشأن حجوزاتك أو التحديثات المهمة.
مشاركة المعلومات مع الأطراف الثالثة
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. نشارك المعلومات في الحالات التالية فقط:
- أصحاب الشاليهات: لإتمام عملية الحجز.
- مزودو الخدمات: مثل Supabase للبنية التحتية، وخدمات الدفع المعتمدة.
- المتطلبات القانونية: عند الضرورة القانونية أو بأمر قضائي.
تخزين البيانات وأمانها
تُخزَّن بياناتك على خوادم آمنة باستخدام تشفير TLS. نطبّق ضوابط صارمة للوصول ومراجعات أمنية دورية. نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك نشط أو لحين طلب الحذف.
حقوقك
- الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية وتصحيحها.
- طلب حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك.
- إلغاء الإذن بالوصول إلى الموقع أو الإشعارات من إعدادات هاتفك.
- الاعتراض على أي معالجة لبياناتك.
الأطفال
تطبيقنا غير مخصص للأفراد دون سن 18 عامًا. لا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن قصد.

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سنعلمك بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق يعني موافقتك على السياسة المحدثة.

- Account information: your name, email address and phone number when you register.
- Booking data: the chalet, the dates, and your booking and payment details.
- Location data: to find chalets near you (only with your permission).
- Photos: when you upload a profile picture or list a chalet.
- Usage data: your interactions with the app, to improve the experience.
How We Use Your Information
- Processing bookings and sending their confirmations.
- Operating authentication and security services.
- Showing nearby chalets based on your location.
- Improving the app and the user experience.
- Contacting you about your bookings or important updates.
Sharing Information With Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following cases:
- Chalet owners: to complete the booking process.
- Service providers: such as Supabase for infrastructure, and approved payment services.
- Legal requirements: where legally necessary or under a court order.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers using TLS encryption. We apply strict access controls and carry out periodic security reviews. We retain your data for as long as your account is active, or until you request its deletion.
Your Rights
- Access and correct your personal data.
- Request the deletion of your account and all of your data.
- Withdraw location or notification permissions from your phone settings.
- Object to any processing of your data.
Children
Our app is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of the app means that you accept the updated policy.
